Watch Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacreast 2011 on December 31, 2010. The annual New Year special will be aired from 10pm to 11pm ET/PT. It will also be aired from 11:30pm to 2:11am local time.
Lots of your favorite artists will be performing and don't miss them perform live. Watch out for the formal announcements of the performers as we will post it here, but Avril Lavigne might be one of the guests to perform her new single "What the Hell". Jenny McCarthy will be hosting the festivities at Times Square.
